This mobile application is designed specifically for the ARTMS Light Stick, providing essential features to enhance the user experience during events.

Main Features

• Concert Mode: This feature allows users to pair their light stick with their concert seat information, enabling a variety of synchronized light stick performances throughout the event. Note that this option is only available during the concert period.
• Bluetooth Connectivity: To activate "Bluetooth mode," press the button on the light stick for three seconds. Ensure that the Bluetooth feature on your smartphone is enabled, and bring your smartphone close to the light stick for synchronization. Please note that some smartphone models may require GPS to be activated to establish a Bluetooth connection.
• Self Mode: Once connected, users can select colors from a color wheel within the app, allowing for real-time changes to the light stick's color.
• Battery Level Check: On the “Self Mode” page, users can check the battery level by clicking the “Check Battery Status” button. This feature may vary based on battery performance and smartphone model.

Notice Before Concert

• Before attending the concert, verify your seat details as indicated on your ticket and input them into the app.
• To experience the coordinated light stick performance, ensure that your light stick is set to “Concert Mode” by holding its button for three seconds after pairing it with your seat information on the app.
• If you encounter issues with wireless functionality, it may be due to improper pairing. Ensure that the pairing process is fully completed via the app.
• Please remain seated in your registered location; relocating may impact light stick performance.
• Check that your light stick's battery is adequately charged prior to the concert to ensure optimal functioning throughout.
• A Wireless Control Fanlight Support Center will be present at the venue for assistance.
